Spend a day or two enjoying our shops, restaurants, farmers' markets and waterfront activity, As your day's activities wind down order dinner from our neighbor, the Budd Bay Cafe, and dine at your own waterfront table. When the sun starts to set, fire up your small fireplace to take off the chill and enjoy the quiet time in our marina.
Based on boat availability the fee is $195 for two nights, $125 if you can only stay for one.
Based in Olympia, Washington, our 29-foot Sam Devlin built Black Crown "Moonglow" is ready to cruise the pristine waters of Puget Sound, the beautiful San Juan islands, the Canadian Gulf islands, and to destinations as far north as Alaska. Chartering allows vacationers to choose their itinerary at their own pace.
Choose to remain in the sheltered waters of Puget Sound, including docking for a day or more below the world famous Pike Place Market while visiting Seattle. Cruise to the quaint town of Port Townsend, or venture out to the San Juan Islands to view Orca Whales.
Cross over into Canada to the Gulf Islands or visit the one and only Vancouver, B.C., explore Desolation Sound and the East coast of Vancouver Island. If you still want to expand your horizons, then take extra time and reward yourself with a trip of a lifetime North to Alaska.

A modern, classical styled Black Crown motor boat, the 29 foot Moonglow is built for those who enjoy a little speed now and then. With a new 200 horse Volvo diesel she has a comfortable 15 knot sweet cruising speed and can achieve a top speed of about 23 knots.
Moonglow is large enough to cruise with four people, yet adaptable enough to explore distant coves and sites by one or two people. She features 6'6" headroom, a full galley, 2 sleeping areas, and a stand-up shower. A dinghy is supplied for shore explorations.
Moonglow was built by Devlin Designing Boat Builders of Olympia, Washington. Sea Dog LLC is the only charter operation offering Devlin designed and built wooden boats. Captain Sam Devlin of Olympia, WA has designed and built over 400 boats. Sam and the fine workmanship of his boats are regularly featured in Wooden Boat magazine and cruising publications. During your marina stops you'll inevitably have folks stop by who recognize his boats from various articles they've seen.
